I hereby give you notice that there will be a meeting of LIDLINGTON PARISH COUNCIL be held at 7.30 pm on MONDAY 4th DECEMBER 2023 at Village Hall, High Street
All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out hereunder. Members of the public are invited to speak during the Open Forum.

b) Central Bedfordshire Council Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) Consultation response to be received
c) Other planning matters to include Section 106 monies follow up
d) Any planning applications received since the publication of the agenda
4) UNITARY COUNILLOR REPORT
5) Finance matters to include
a) Invoices for payment
b) Quotations for work consideration to include Village Hall seed funding, Christmas light timers
c) Financial monitoring review to include initial consideration of budget and precept for 2024/25 and feedback from Lidlington Past, Present and Future event
d) Bank signatory and electronic banking update
6) Feedback from meetings Councillors have attended including local authority topic sessions and planning for forthcoming meetings including with new MP Alistair Strathern
7) Village matters – to include Parish Council Working Group recommendations for resolution, Parish Councillor ability to co-opt new Councillor, Public Open Space area Greensands Ridge and Parish Council complaint latest to Network Rail following crossing closure on Sunday 8th October
8) To agree the minutes of last Council meeting 30th October
9) Correspondence and Information Received to include summary of items not covered on agenda
10) CLOSE OF MEETING – Next meeting to be Monday 15th January 2024 at 7.30pm
