I hereby give you notice that there will be a meeting of LIDLINGTON PARISH COUNCIL be held at 7.00 pm on MONDAY 27th OCTOBER 2025 at Church Hall, Church Street
All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out hereunder. Members of the public are invited to speak during the Open Forum.

MEETING BUSINESS TO BE TRANSACTED
1) Welcome, apologies for absence to be received, declarations of personal and prejudicial interest for the meeting

3) PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT to include:
a) Update regarding CB/18/01969/OUT Development for up to 5,000 new homes specialist residential accommodation, up to 30ha of employment land, retail, community, open spaces, leisure and sport uses, hotel uses, four lower schools, two middle schools, one upper school, woodland planting, waterbodies and waterway links, ecological areas, accesses, cycle and pedestrian routes, supporting infrastructure, ground remodelling, landscaping and demolition works at Land between Brogborough, Lidlington and Marston Moretaine – to include stakeholder group meeting feedback, stakeholder and Parish Council consultation response, local authority highways response
b) Local Plan Open Spaces input to be considered and agreed
c) Other planning received since the publication of the agenda
4) UNITARY COUNCILLOR REPORT
5) Finance matters to include
a) Invoices for payment
b) Quotations for consideration – Christmas tree purchase, defibrillator pads
c) Financial monitoring review
d) External audit report
e) Financial contribution to village project consideration
6) Village matters to include any items relating to Working Groups recommendations, to include ability to co-opt Councillor, Working Group membership, Council representatives to outside organisations, Council engagement/communications, and youth provision
7) To agree the minutes of last Council meeting 15th September
8) Correspondence and Information Received to include summary of items not covered on agenda
9) CLOSE OF MEETING – Next meeting to be Monday 2nd December 2025 at 7.00pm
