I hereby give you notice that there will be a meeting of LIDLINGTON PARISH COUNCIL be held at 7.00 pm on MONDAY 23rd FEBRUARY 2026 at Church Hall, Church Street
All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out hereunder. Members of the public are invited to speak during the Open Forum.

MEETING BUSINESS TO BE TRANSACTED
1) Welcome, apologies for absence to be received, declarations of personal and prejudicial interest for the meeting
2) Open Forum – members of the public invited to speak
3) PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT to include:
a) Marston Valley planning application update
b) Hallam Land planning application consultation for outline application (means of access from Broughton Road and Broughton Grounds Lane to be considered, with all other matters of access, layout, scale, appearance and landscaping reserved) for a cross-boundary mixed-use urban extension proposing up to 3,500 dwellings (2,750 in Milton Keynes and 750 in Central Bedfordshire
c) Proposed upgrade of existing telecommunications base station installation at CS 119096 05/ VMO2 71030 – existing installation on land at North Common Farm, Woburn Road
d) Other planning received since the publication of the agenda
4) UNITARY COUNCILLOR REPORT to include East West Rail update and Marston Road closure for Network Rail works
5) Finance and Policy matters to include
a) Invoices for payment
b) Quotations for consideration – replacement batteries for Vehicle Activated Devices, street lighting energy costs, tree work Recreation Ground
c) Council Policy documents and Finance documents review consideration
6) Village matters to include Parish Council Working Group recommendations for resolution, Hurst Grove parking restriction consultation response to be agreed, and Parish Council ability to co-opt new Councillor
7) To agree the minutes of last Council meeting 12th January
8) Correspondence and Information Received to include summary of items not covered on agenda
9) CLOSE OF MEETING – Next meeting to be Tuesday 7th April 2026 at 7.00pm
