I hereby give you notice that there will be a meeting of LIDLINGTON PARISH COUNCIL be held at 7.30 pm on TUESDAY 27th SEPTEMBER 2022 at Church Hall, Church Street
All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out hereunder. Members of the public are invited to speak during the Open Forum.

b) EAST WEST RAIL update to include feedback from walkround with CEO Beth West and Marston Vale Local Representatives Stakeholder Group
c) Covanta Liaison Panel meeting

5) PARISH COUNCILLOR VACANCY ability to co-opt new member
6) REVIEW OF CURRENT PARISH COUNCIL WORK ITEMS to check status and assign actions
7) COUNCILLOR ITEMS to discuss on behalf of residents, concerned with TRAFFIC CLOSURES, HGV USE OF VILLAGE ROADS and to consider WILDFLOWER PLANTING
8) FINANCE MATTERS to include:
a) Invoices for payment
b) Updates on matters in dispute – energy contract and water bill
c) External audit report
d) Quotes for consideration – insurance renewal
