All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out hereunder. Members of the public are invited to speak during the Open Forum.

b) Other planning matters to update on: East West Rail, Marston Valley Stakeholders Group and CB/21/00883/FULL Change of Use of land from equestrian to a mixed use at Long Acre, Hurst Grove

6) VILLAGE MATTERS to include: play area planned improvements prioress and update, allotment items update, clearance of village paths consideration, Churchyard maintenance management, as well as other village matters to be discussed
